The Tier List

God Tier [Highest Influence]:

• Anivia [Tier 1 Mid] - As if the latest buffs to her range, mana costs, and burst power weren't enough, Anivia also received the added bonus of being able to continuously channel her ultimate while using Zhonya's active. Overall, Patch 6.10 is looking very good for the frost bird.
• Fizz [Tier 1 Mid] - Although Fizz actually received an ever so slight buff this time around, I have moved him down because of a Meta shift. The majority of mid-laners in the current Meta have insanely high wave clear potential. This means that most players are using to playing more of poking game now, especially with Ezreal being ever so popular now. As a result, Fizz finds a bit of difficulty fitting in, but is still very strong.
• Jarvan IV [Tier 1 Top] - Largely unnoticed, the black cleaver cost reduction does wonders for Jarvan as a top laner. It synergizes wonderfully with his built in armor penetration, and allows him to destroy a lot of Meta armor stacking top laners.
• Jinx [God Tier Marksman] - The buffs on Jinx's Switcheroo (Q) are translating to an extremely good performance for her, resulting in a simultaneously very high win rate and play rate.
• Lucian [God Tier Marksman] - Lucian's always been a beloved marksman, but the new Youmuu's + Black Cleaver build took him back up to God Tier. Because of the faster power spike and the fact that he no longer falls off against tanks allows him to kite extremely hard with increased cooldown and slightly more durability.
• Malphite [Tier 1 Top] - As a result of more black cleavers on the rift than ever before, including every Lucian player on the rift, Malphite's starting to be a bit more lackluster. He is still good as a primary engaging front line, but not quite as "league-of-tanks-face roll" that he was before.
• Malzahar [God Tier Mid] - Post hot-fix and Patch 6.10 nerfs, Malzahar is still a very strong champion in the mid-lane. He is not quite powerful enough to be a must-pick in every lane, but as a mid-laner, he more than holds his own. Top lane he actually has some trouble since the champions up there have enough durability to survive through his damage and passive invulnerability duration.
• Mordekaiser [Tier 1 Top] - Mordekaiser top is actually kind of a thing now. He is quite strong either as an AP caster with Rylai or even as a pure tank. Either way, the new team focus on dragons allows him to have quite a large effect with the passive on his ultimate. 
• Poppy [Tier 2 Top] - Poppy still remains extremely popular despite multiple nerfs to both the champion herself and her core items. However, she is not really the powerhouse that most people still remember her as, and really is not anything special now. 
• Singed [Tier 1 Top] - After the buffs on Rod of Ages, Singed rose up quickly through the ranks. Now, he is certainly back in action, and deserves a look at if you have ever been interested in playing him.
• Sona [Tier 1 Support] - Sona fell under the radar for a very long time, especially as the other supports around her received buffs and Alistar became the weapon of choice for most players. However, now that Alistar's been nerfed and Sona's synergy with the new Athene's Unholy Grail is absolutely absurd, I think she's quite strong again. 
• Swain [Tier 1 Mid] - Swain's win rate soared this last patch, and he's certainly very strong. However, with more data I am still not entirely convinced that he is a must-pick/must-ban now. If he maintains his level with more playtimes, we can reconsider, but now he powers through early to mid-game, but has quite some trouble late game as a sustained rather than a burst damage dealer.
• Taliyah [Tier 3 Mid/Top/Jungle/Support] - So far the results from Taliyah have been less than stellar, and I have not had any amazing personal experience that would conflict with her extremely low win rate in all roles now. Feel free to share your own experiences with the champion below!
• Zyra [God Tier Support] - The support God Tier list does not change very often, but the new Zyra certainly deserves it. Her damage output is insanely high, and the sheer number of plants she spews out makes it near impossible to hit skillshots during a teamfight. This combined with the fact that Ezreal is the second most popular ADC at the moment means that she works well against a ton of team comps, especially in the bot lane match-up.
