New on the PBE is the creation of a new skin category above legendary called "Ultimate"! Currently it only has one skin in it (Pulsefire Ezreal) but you can rest assured that more will be coming up!
This bodes well for you skin fanatics, and will likely have dire consequences for our wallets....
